A. Purpose: To adopt a general comprehensive plan for the McCall area of city impact pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code title 67, chapter 65. (Ord. 79-2, 9-28-1979)
B. Adoption And Amendment Of Plan:
1. Adoption:
a. The board of county commissioners hereby finds that the McCall area comprehensive plan, as amended and approved by the board on June 22, 2000, complies with the provisions of Idaho Code section 67-6508.
b. The board of county commissioners hereby repeals any and all existing comprehensive plans and land use designation maps applying to the McCall area of city impact and adopts the McCall area comprehensive plan attached to the resolution codified herein. (Res. 1-2001, 11-13-2000)
2. Amendment:
a. The McCall area comprehensive plan is amended to include revisions to the goals and objectives, text of chapters 1 through 13, and the future land use plan map. A copy of the amendments is attached as exhibit 1 to the resolution codified herein, and by this reference incorporated herein.
b. The amendments made only apply within the existing McCall impact area; the boundaries of the McCall impact area were not changed, and no consideration was given to any area outside the existing McCall impact area. (Res. 08-07, 1-28-2008)
C. Certified Copies: Not less than three (3) copies of the plan described in subsection B of this section, duly certified by the clerk, are on file for use and examination by the public in the office of the clerk of the board. (Ord. 79-2, 9-18-1979)
