§ 130.47 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND OFFENSE.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any individual to engage in conduct that is violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly, which tends to disturb the peace.
   (B)   It is unlawful to maintain any premises in such a manner that permits any illegal activity to occur on the property that is detrimental to the life, health, safety and welfare of the residents, neighbors or the public.
   (C)   It is unlawful to knowingly enter or remain upon posted private property without possessing written permission from the owner or person in control of the land. The provisions of this division do not apply if:
      (1)   The owner or person in control of the land has entered into an agreement with the Department of Game and Fish, granting access to the land to the general public for the purpose of taking any game animals, birds or fish by hunting or fishing; or
      (2)   A person is in possession of a landowner license given to him or her by the owner or person in control of the land, which grants access to that particular private land for the purpose of taking any game animals, birds or fish by hunting or fishing.
   (D)   It is unlawful for 3 or more persons to assemble together with intent to do any unlawful act with force or violence against the person or property of another, and who shall make any overt act to carry out such unlawful purpose.
