(A) Curfew.
(1) (a) For the violation of §§ 130.01 et seq., the minor shall be released to the custody of his or her parent or guardian or other person having care or custody of the minor, upon written promise that the parent or guardian will assume the responsibility that the child will comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
(b) The juvenile authorities shall make a written report and keep a record of each violation and take action as deemed appropriate.
(c) Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating this subchapter shall be punished in accordance with the foregoing.
(2) Each offense, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment. Prosecution under this subchapter may be initiated either by citation or complaint.

(B) Sale or distribution of tobacco products to minors. Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 130.20 et seq. shall be fined not more than $300 or imprisoned for a period of not more than 90 days, or both the fine and imprisonment, and each day this subchapter is violated shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Sex offenders. Any person who violates any provision of §§ 130.30 et seq., upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $300, or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment. Upon conviction, each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. The Board of County Commissioners is also entitled to injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of §§ 130.30 et seq.
(D) Rave parties. Any person who violates any provision of §§ 130.45 et seq. shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $300, or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment. The Board of County Commissioners is also entitled to injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of §§ 130.45 et seq.
