§ 155.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE HOME. A movable or portable housing structure, constructed to be towed on its own chassis and designed to be installed with or without a permanent foundation for human occupancy as a residence, and includes structures referred to as manufactured homes; it may include 1 or more components that can be retracted for towing purposes and subsequently expanded for additional capacity, or 2 or more units separately towable but designed to be joined into 1 integral unit, as well as a single unit, except that MOBILE HOME does not include recreational vehicles, or modular or premanufactured homes built to Uniform Building Code standards and designed to be permanently affixed to real property.
   OWNER. Any person, association, partnership or corporation that has dominion over, control of, or title to real or personal property.
   PERSON. An individual, partnership, joint venture, corporation, association, social club, fraternal organization, trust, estate, receiver, or any other legal entity.
   RESPONSIBLE PERSON. Any owner, user, seller, purchaser, lessee, lessor, renter or agent or employee thereof, or other person in control of mobile home.
