The general purpose of this chapter is to provide a method to facilitate the County of Valencia's collection of property taxes on mobile homes within the jurisdiction of the county. This chapter applies to all streets, highways, county roads and public roads within the geographic boundaries of Valencia County, but shall not be effective within the limits of any incorporated municipality.
