(A) No person shall distribute or permit the distribution of tobacco products through the operation of a vending machine unless, the machine is in a area not open to the general public or the public place is an establishment not generally accessible to or frequented by minors.
(B) All vending machines dispensing tobacco products shall have placed on the front of it, a sign in red lettering at least ½ inch high on white background stating, “It is a violation of the law for cigarettes or other tobacco products to be sold to any person under the age of 18.” The sign shall include a depiction of a pack of cigarettes at least 2 inches high, defaced by a red diagonal within the diameter of a surrounding red circle.
