§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Minimal standards for providers of emergency medical services.
      (1)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 111.01 et seq. or regulation herein shall be charged of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 300 and/or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days.
      (2)   Each day this subchapter is violated shall be considered a separate offense.

   (B)   Pre-hospital emergency care of sick and injured persons.
      (1)   Any licensed ambulance service violating any provision of §§ 111.25 et seq. is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by fine up to $ 300 and/or up to 90 days imprisonment upon conviction for each offense.
      (2)   These penalties shall not limit the right of the county to pursue injunctive relief or other remedies authorized by law.
