(A) (1) Each rescue service operating within Valencia County shall register all personnel, along with a copy of their current license or certification, with the VCEMS Board and the Fire Chief's office within 30 days of joining a service or completion of a EMS Medical Course.
(2) All dismissals or resignations of personnel will similarly be registered as stated above.
(B) (1) Valencia County reserves the right to require the institution of a drug testing program for EMS providers within Valencia County.
(2) All programs will be in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing these programs.
