§ 91.073 INTERFERENCE WITH REPAIR OR DEMOLITION WORK PROHIBITED.
   No person will obstruct, impede or interfere with any officer, employee, contractor or authorized representative of this jurisdiction or with any person who owns or holds any estate or interest in any building which has been ordered demolished or removed under the provisions of this code; or with any person to whom the building has been lawfully sold pursuant to the provisions of this code, whenever the officer, employee, contractor or authorized representative of this jurisdiction, person having an interest or estate in the building or structure, or purchaser is engaged in the work of demolishing and removal of debris of any building, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or in performing any necessary act preliminary to or incidental to the work or authorized or directed pursuant to this chapter. Any person found guilty under this provision shall be subject to a misdemeanor offense and sentenced as provided by law.
