§ 91.037 VIOLATIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to maintain dangerous or abandoned buildings, structures, mobile or manufactured housing, wreckage, rubbish or debris or otherwise maintain a public nuisance in violation of this chapter.
