Section 9-3097.4 Subdivision, multi-family, and manufactured home park signs.

At any entrance to a residential subdivision, multi-family development, or manufactured home park, a maximum of two signs identifying the subdivision, development, or park are permitted. The sign face area of each sign shall not exceed sixteen (16) square feet. (Ord. of 1/10/05; Ord. of 12/6/10; Ord. of 6/28/21)
