Bed and breakfast inns are subject to the following requirements:
(1) The operators must be full-time residents of the premises.
(2) No more than four (4) bedrooms may be devoted to guest accommodations
(3) One non-illuminated sign, a maximum of four (4) square feet, is permitted.
(4) Minimum parking spaces required - two (2) spaces plus one (1) space for each room devoted to guest accommodations. (Ord. of 12/6/10; Ord. of 6/28/21)
