The height limitations of this chapter shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas, and domes not intended for human occupancy; monuments; water towers; chimneys; smokestacks; conveyors; flag poles; masts; serials, and similar structures except as otherwise noted in the vicinity of airports.
