Section 9-3004   Jurisdiction.
   Planning and development provisions of G.S. Chapter 160D shall apply to all property within the corporate limits of the Town of Valdese. (Ord. of 1/10/05; Ord. of 12/6/10; Ord. of 6/28/21)
