Section 9-3002   Authority.
   (a)   The Valdese Town Council enacts this chapter under the authority granted by G.S. Chapter 160D.
   (b)   The provisions of this article shall apply to all development regulations and programs adopted under G.S. Chapter 160D or applicable or related local acts. To the extent there are contrary local provisions, G.S. 160D-111 is applicable. (Ord. of 1/10/05; Ord. of 12/6/10; Ord. of 6/28/21)
