The town hereby agrees to comply with all provisions of the North Carolina Local Governmental Employees’ Retirement System as defined in Article 3, Chapter 128 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, as amended, and to make such increased employer’s contributions as the Local Governmental Employees’ Retirement System may determine to be necessary in order to provide said benefits.
