It is agreed that the *state agency is hereby authorized to include, effective, April 1, 1956, individuals as employees in temporary part-time, temporary and part-time regular positions under provisions of the agreement which was made and entered into on February 6, 1956, by and between this town and the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System.
