§ 7-4-3 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Operators of bicycles along, across or upon bicycle and pedestrian paths shall at all times yield the “right-of-way”, as defined in § 7-4-1 of this chapter to pedestrians using the bicycle and pedestrian paths.
