(A) Exclusive use. The access to and use of the “bicycle and pedestrian paths” within the town, as defined in § 7-4-1 of this chapter, shall be restricted to the exclusive use of persons operating bicycles thereon and pedestrians.
(B) Vehicles prohibited. It is unlawful for any person to operate a “motor vehicle”, “motorcycle”, “motor driven cycle” or “people powered vehicle”, as defined in § 7-4-1 of this chapter, upon or across any bicycle and pedestrian path in the town.
