§ 5-7-5 FORECLOSURE ON LIEN.
   If any fee due hereunder is not paid within the 30-day time period as set forth in § 5-7-4 of this chapter, then the town may record upon the land records of Eagle County, Colorado, a written notice of lien, which lien may be foreclosed as a mortgage is foreclosed in the courts of the State of Colorado.
