§ 3-2-1 CREATION.
   There is created by the Town Council a Planning and Environmental Commission in accordance with § 8.3 of the Charter of the town, composed of seven members who shall act in accordance with the Charter, this chapter, the direction of the Town Council and the ordinances of the town, and shall be appointed and serve as provided in this chapter.
