§ 13-4-1 EXEMPTIONS IN PROCEDURE AND SUBMITTALS.
   “Minor subdivisions”, as defined in § 13-2-2 of this title, shall be exempt from requirements related to preliminary plan procedures and submittals. Minor subdivisions may be required to submit an environmental impact report if required by Title 12, Chapter 12 of this code.
