Enhanced Two-Way System Upgrade - System Description: The Operator agrees to construct and/or maintain enhanced hybrid fiber optic/coaxial cable/communications system. In addition, the Operator agrees to utilize the following system architecture:
(a) State-of-the-art 750 MHz HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial) network combined with stateof-the-art 750 MHz amplifiers and passive coaxial distributions system.
(b) The system will be 2-way active.
(c) The system will be capable of providing up to 80 analog channel and up to approximately 200 digital video and audio channel.
(d) The system will meet FCC performance specifications and picture quality standards for all subscribers.
