For purposes of constructing, operating and maintaining a System in the Village, Grantee may erect, install, construct, repair, replace, relocate, reconstruct, and retain in, on, over, under, upon across and along the Streets, including over public rights-of-way and through easements, within the Village such lines, cables, conductors, ducts, confluents, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, pedestals, attachments and other operating equipment as are necessary and pertinent to the operation of the System.
