509.08 LOITERING.
   (a)   No person shall loiter about or congregate upon or occupy any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks, parking lots, bridges, or any of the corners of any street within the Village, or loiter about or congregate so as to occupy any of the sidewalks or steps in front of any dwelling or place of business, or in front of any place of worship or any place of amusement or of entertainment in the Village providing that such person has no lawful occupation or business at such place.
   (b)   No person shall loaf or loiter in or about any hall, stairway, vestibule, entrance or passage leading to any public building or room at any time within the Village.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense, and guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, if such person has previously been found guilty of a violation of this section. (Ord. 728. Passed 9-20-76.)
