(a) No person shall park any motor vehicle within the right-of-way of a Village street or highway for a period of time exceeding forty-eight hours.
(b) Violation of this section shall constitute a minor misdemeanor. Each successive period of more than forty-eight hours during which a vehicle is continuously parked on a Village street or highway shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 98-21. Passed 10-12-98.)
