(a) The Clerk of the Mayor’s Court may accept credit card payments for fines and costs due the Court. The Clerk shall have discretion as to what credit cards will be accepted by the Court for such payments.
(b) There shall be a fee of three dollars ($3.00) for each such payment, which fee shall be added to the amount due to the Village in such cases, and may also be paid by credit card.
