171.03 CLERK OF MAYOR’S COURT.
   The position of Clerk of the Mayor’s Court is hereby established. The Clerk of the Mayor’s Court shall be responsible for processing and maintaining all documents filed with the Utica Mayor’s Court, maintaining the docket of the court, administering the traffic violations bureau, collecting and distributing to the proper sources all fines and costs imposed by the court, and submitting abstracts of court record and other information required by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. The Clerk of the Mayor’s Court shall also have such other duties as are determined by the Mayor or Council.
