141.04 QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS.

The members of the Police Department shall be residents of Licking County or of any county immediately adjacent to Licking County. Members may not be under the age of twenty-one at the time of appointment, and shall meet and satisfy such other requirements as are provided by rules and regulations provided for in Section 141.06.
