1329.06 ENFORCEMENT.
   (a)   Enforcement by Police Chief. When the notice or order of vacation as provided in this chapter has not been complied with, and the Village Administrator certifies such fact to the Police Chief, together with a copy of the order or notice, the Police Chief shall enforce such notice or order of vacation and cause the premises to be vacated in accordance with the terms of such notice or order.
   (b)   Enforcement Through Court Proceeding. Whenever the Building Inspector, Fire Inspector or Village Administrator certifies to the Village Solicitor any failure to comply with any order or notice of abatement or vacation, with the request that civil proceedings for enforcement thereof be instituted, the Village Solicitor shall institute any and all proceedings, either legal or equitable, that may be appropriate or necessary for the enforcement of such order or notice. All suits or proceedings are to be brought in the name of the Village and proceedings under this section shall not relieve any party defendant from criminal prosecution or punishment under this chapter.
