(a) Whenever, in the opinion of Village Administrator, such procedure is desirable or necessary, the Village Administrator may affix conspicuously on the buildings or part thereof the notice or order of vacation.
(b) The Building Inspector, Fire Inspector and/or Village Administrator may cause to be posted at each entrance to any building deemed unsafe, a notice to read: DO NOT ENTER. UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. VILLAGE OF UTICA, OHIO.
Such notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. No person shall remove such notice without permission of the Zoning Inspector.
