(a) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to assign house numbers to dwellings that have not been assigned numbers and to dwellings hereafter constructed in the Municipality.
(b) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to assign house numbers to business blocks hereafter constructed in the Municipality.
(c) The house numbers so assigned shall conform to the plan of numbering now in use in the Municipality.
(d) The Fiscal Officer shall send written notice to the owner of the house number so assigned.
