(a) The cost of graves in any cemetery operated by the Village shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per grave for residents of the Village, and five hundred dollars ($500.00) per grave for nonresidents of the Village.
(b) In the event of a cremation, the Village shall receive the sum of one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) for opening and closing a grave for interment of any resident of the Village and three hundred dollars ($300.00) for opening and closing a grave for interment of any nonresident of the Village. In the event of a burial that does not involve a cremation, the Village shall receive the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for opening and closing a grave for interment of any resident of the Village, and six hundred dollars ($600.00) for interment of any nonresident of the Village.
(c) One-half of all sums received for the sale of grave plots under subsection (a), above, shall be deposited into the Cemetery Endowment Fund, for perpetual upkeep of the Village Cemeteries.
