(a) Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Charges. The unit charges for users of the Village sanitary sewer system operation, maintenance and replacement shall be as follows:
(1) Unit Charge.
A. For usage from December 1, 2022 until December 1, 2023 $7.74 per 100 cu. ft. of billable flow with a minimum charge per month of $11.35 for monthly usage up to and including 200 cu. ft. of billable flow.
B. It is anticipated that rates for usage for December 2023 and beyond will be set by future legislation. However, if there is no new legislation setting unit charges prior to December 31, 2023, the following rates shall take effect: each December, beginning with the month of December 2023, the charge for each 100 cu. ft. of billable flow shall increase by 50 cents and the minimum monthly charge per month shall increase by 50 cents. For example, from December 2023 through November 2024, the monthly charge would be $8.34 per 100 cu. ft. of billable flow with a minimum charge per month of $11.85 for monthly usage up to and including 200 cu. ft. of billable flow.
(2) Per account charge: In addition to the unit charge, there shall be a per account operation, maintenance and replacement charge as follows: $3.00 per month for all accounts having monthly billable flow of 200 cubic feet or less per month and $5.00 per month for all accounts having monthly billable flow over 200 cubic feet per month.

(b) Extra Strength Waste Charges. The unit charges for extra strength wastes shall be:
$.60 per pound Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD).
$.28 per pound Suspended Solids (SS).
(c) Billing Charges. The unit handling charges for billing shall be:
(1) For usage on dates on or before December 17, 2014:
$1.12 per account per month.
(2) For usage on dates on and after December 18, 2014, and until otherwise amended: $2.00 per account per month.
(d) Debt Service Charges. Debt service charges shall consist of the unit charges set forth below:
(1) For usage on dates on or before December 17, 2014, the unit charge for users of the Village sanitary sewer system for debt service shall be: $2.07 per 100 cubic feet of billable flow with a minimum charge per month of $2.58 for monthly usage up to and including 200 cubic feet billable flow.
(2) For usage on dates on or after December 18, 2014, the unit charge for users of the Village sanitary sewer system for debt service shall be: $2.07 per 100 cubic feet of billable flow with a minimum charge per month of $2.83 for monthly usage up to and including 200 cubic feet billable flow.
