In the event an owner of property receiving water and sewer service, or non-owner customer, is dissatisfied with a determination by the Village Administrator under Section 921.07, such aggrieved party shall, within five days after receiving notice of adverse action by the Village Administrator, give to the Fiscal Officer written notice of his appeal to Council. The appeal shall be heard by Council at its next regular meeting, unless continued for cause. The aggrieved party may appear at such meeting and shall have the opportunity to address Council and present material evidence. (Ord. 87-41. Passed 12-23-87.)
