921.09 TAMPERING WITH WATER EQUIPMENT.

Any person who tampers with any water equipment without express consent of the Village Administrator shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Tampering includes but is not limited to breaking any seals on a water meter, bypassing a water meter, reversing a water meter, tampering with outside reader, turning on water that has been shut off by the Village employee. (Ord. 86-26. Passed 1-15-87.)
