921.04 PAYMENT OF FEES.

Tap fees, cost of initial meter and guarantee deposit, if applicable, shall be paid before the actual tap into main water line is made. Service charges for restoration of service and guarantee deposit, if applicable, shall be paid before service is restored. All fees are payable at the Water Department. (Ord. 09-012.
