(a) This chapter shall not apply to any skill-based amusement machine operated, maintained or conducted in any bona fide private residence of the Village.
(b) This chapter shall not apply to any skill-based amusement game, or to any mechanical or electrically operated amusement device operated, maintained or conducted by charitable, fraternal or service organization authorized to do business in the State that meets the exemption requirements set forth in the second sentence of Section 771.01(e).
