Any license issued pursuant to this chapter after pre-payment of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for an entire calendar year, shall terminate on December 31 of the year for which it is issued, except that when such a license is issued during December of any year, the license shall not expire until December 31 of the following year. Such a license may be transferred during its term and issued to another owner upon application to and approval by the Village Administrator and upon payment of a fifteen-dollar ($15.00) fee for each transfer. Any license issued pursuant to this chapter, and for which the license fee is paid on a monthly basis, shall terminate on the last day of the last month for which said monthly license fee has been paid. A license issued pursuant to this chapter for an electronic gaming parlor or skill-based amusement machine may not be transferred or re-issued to another owner without approval of the Village Administrator.
