771.05 GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL TO ISSUE LICENSE.

The Village Administrator may refuse to issue a license under this chapter to any person who has been found guilty of a violation of law of the State or ordinance of the Village, with the exception of minor misdemeanor traffic offenses.
