(a) A fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be charged for each permit.
(b) Each home sale permit shall be valid for not more than three consecutive calendar days and shall be issued only to an adult person residing at the location of the sale or, in the case of an estate sale, to the personal representative of the decedent.
(c) No permit shall be issued for any one location more than three times in any one calendar year.
(d) No home sale may be conducted on any other property than that at which the applicant resides, except that, in the case of an estate sale, the sale may be conducted at the last residence of the decedent. (Ord. 89-8. Passed 5-1-89.)
