741.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) per violation. (Ord. 82-34. Passed 2-7-83.)
