(a) Container Location. All containers shall be set out at the nearest curb or alley on collection days at an easily accessible place on the premises in plain view.
(b) Transporting. The transportation of all solid waste, through the streets, alleys or thoroughfares of the Village shall be conducted in such a manner as to create no nuisance. The vehicle conveying waste must be of such construction and so operated that the contents will not spill upon public streets and alleys.
(c) Solid Waste Collection. The frequency of collection shall be published at the beginning of the hauler’s contract period as to day or days of collection and not less than one day per week. No collection shall be made on Sunday, except in event of an emergency.
