An approved site plan may be amended in accordance with all of the procedures and requirements of this code, including payment of fees as set forth in this code, except for minor amendments. Minor amendments may be administratively approved by the Department of Community Development according to whatever procedures the Director deems appropriate with respect to submittals and reviews, for no fee or a nominal fee not to exceed $25 or such greater amount that may be set by resolution of the City Council.
