§ 157.07 VALIDITY OF APPROVAL.
   (A)   A site plan shall become effective upon approval by the City Council and the complete satisfaction of any revisions or conditions of approval as required by the City Council and as reviewed by city staff and determined to have been satisfied, provided that such approval shall be stayed and not take effect in the event that an appeal is filed, until the appeal has been decided and no further appeals can or will be made.
   (B)   An approval of a site plan in accordance with the requirements of this code shall remain valid for two years after the date of the City Council’s approval except as provided by § 157.05(A)(2)(c), after which time the site plan approval shall be deemed null and void if actual construction has not commenced.
