§ 98.21 POWER-DRIVEN MODEL AIRPLANES.

No person shall operate or play with a power-driven airplane, boat or vehicle which its fuel source is gasoline or any other combustible power source; or larger than 1:16 in scale within any city park except by permission of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
