§ 98.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Designated skate parks.

      (1)   Any person violating or falling to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 98.40 through 98.45, or any of the rules and regulations established pursuant thereof, shall be issued a citation as set by resolution and approved by City Council.

      (2)   Fines to be paid in full to City Hall, Office of the City Clerk. The stated eviction period extends until the fine is receipted as paid in full.

      (3)   A person wishing to contest a citation or fine may do so not more than ten calendar days after the date of issuance of the citation, by appearing in person at City Hall in the office of the City Clerk, and completing in writing forms provided by the City Clerk. A date and time of court appearance will be established by the District Court for Polk County.

      (4)   A fine not paid in full after 30-calendar days after the date of issuance of the citation shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for collection.
