§ 98.04 HITCHING ANIMALS, PARKING AND ONE-WAY TRAFFIC.
   No person shall hitch a horse or other animal in any public park except at the area provided for those purposes, and no automobiles or other vehicles shall be permitted to stand in any of the public driveways in any park where signs to the contrary are posted. Vehicles shall not be driven contrary to one-way traffic signs.
