§ 91.03 CEMETERY OPERATOR.
   The Director of Parks and Recreation for the city shall serve as the city’s cemetery operator and shall supervise the cemetery operations, and shall have the powers and duties as are necessary for the enforcement of the provisions in the cemetery regulations.
