§ 91.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CEMETERY. The McDivitt Grove Cemetery, which is a municipal cemetery under the provisions of Iowa Code §§ 566.14 to 566.18.
      (1)   NON-PERPETUAL CARE CEMETERY means a cemetery which has not established a perpetual care fund for the maintenance, repair and care of all interment spaces subject to perpetual care within the cemetery.
      (2)   The city shall indicate that McDivitt Grove Cemetery is a non-perpetual care cemetery in accordance with Iowa Code § 566A.5.
